The food was good but just not enough balance with the flavors. The cucumber salad would have a better balance with adding lime or vinegar. The salt and pepper shrimp, well I don’t think I would call them but they were good. Just lacked the balance between salt and pepper wasn’t much of either. I gave 3 stars for service, that waiter took my order with ease but there was no greeting upon entry.

My wife and I had been wanting to try Noodle Man for a while, and I’m so glad we finally did. We ordered the Beef Fried Rice, Tomato & Beef Brisket Soup, and Hot & Spicy Noodle Soup, for a total of $44.95. Since moving to the East Coast, it’s been difficult to find truly authentic food, but Noodle Man exceeded all of our expectations. The beef fried rice alone would have earned this restaurant a 5-star review—it was packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. Both soups were absolutely incredible, and I finished every last drop. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and it was a great experience watching the staff hand-pull the noodles fresh to order. The portions were generous, the prices were very reasonable, and every dish was delicious. Noodle Man is quickly becoming my family’s favorite restaurant, and I highly recommend giving it a try if you’re looking for authentic, high-quality food. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Good noodles, good service, well designed. The food was good but not great imo. Beef soup was not superflavorful, very pho-like flavor but was just missing something. The noodles were very good, well cooked and fresh. The veggie stir-fry was good flavor, very oily. Noodle to everything ratio was stingy. We ordered a side of noodles to go to mix into leftovers and it was larger than the noodles in the actual entre. Odd quirk and pet peeve... TAKE DOWN YOUR CHRISTMAS DECOR. May try again.

Listen… Noodle Man did NOT come to play. If you love authentic Chinese / Asian fusion vibes with real-deal hand-pulled and knife-sliced noodles, this is your spot. You can literally taste the freshness in every bite. I tried: 🍑 Peach tea – light, refreshing, not overly sweet. 10/10. 🥛 Almond milk tea – smooth, creamy, lowkey addictive. 🍜 Beef noodle soup – rich broth, tender beef, noodles perfectly chewy. Comfort in a bowl. 🥢 Shanxi Knife-Sliced Noodle Soup – whew. The texture of those noodles?! Thick, bouncy, and soaking up all that flavor. Elite. The flavors were bold but balanced. Nothing tasted rushed or basic. It gave authentic, cozy, and “I’m definitely coming back.” Next on my list: matcha tea 🍵 and the fried rice because I already know they’re about to be fire . Noodle Man, you got it 👏🏽 I’ll be back.

I've probably been here about a dozen times and it's always been consistent. The noodles: texture is peak. Calamari and cucumber and beef pancake are probably my favorite apps. And service has always been pleasant. This was my last meal in the 757 before moving and will sorely miss you guys! Thank you!
